Citizen’s Old Thought and It's New Structure

I am curious about how people form the concept of ‘power’, especially how we classify and apply power as a social tool in a state that is not completely conceptualized as a specific political or legal ‘right’. But no matter out of a certain "moral order" or ‘free will’, power as a concept or logic helps us shape the objective world, and at the same time, it is deeply rooted in our memory. What is visible and what is not; What is perceived and what is hidden, Power becomes a common sense, and individuals are embedded in it, which eventually becomes a transcendental perceptual system.
